Return Policy
Our return policy is a key aspect of our Satisfaction Guarantee, to make your online Oriental rug shopping experience smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. We believe in providing you with peace of mind, knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it. Your happiness is our priority, and we’re here to ensure that your shopping journey is as delightful as your new rug.

1. Notify Us by Email
Within 3 business days of delivery, you can notify us by email, with RETURN written in the subject line. We will email you back to confirm that we are expecting it. Direct emails to ben@ShopPersiaRugs.com

4. Drop OFF & Receipt
When you drop off the rug at the carrier; always get a receipt that you dropped off the rug. If they don't scan it or it gets lost, we can't track it down or tell who had the rug last.

2. Packaging
Please package the rug in a box or wrapped in protective plastic to keep the rug safe from being tossed around or damaged by the weather. If you need help figuring out how to package the rug, simply check out our tips or message us for assistance.

5. Return Arrival & Inspection
Once the rug has arrived, we'll notify you that we have received the rug. The rug must be returned in the same condition as when we shipped the rug.

3. Use Our Return Label
When you purchased the rug from us, a return shipping label should have been included with the rug. If you don't find a return shipping label, simply email us, and we'll be happy to email you a return shipping label at our expense. Do not purchase return shipping on your own. We won't refund it.

6. 100% Original Refund
Once we have had a chance to inspect the rug and verify that it is in the same condition as before purchase; we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Typically, within 1 - 3 business days of return.
Restrictions
Due to ever-increasing Shipping Expenses, we limit returns to no more than two items per order. We don't mind accepting returns if you aren't completely satisfied with an item, however, we must set limits to maintain our ability to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee to all customers.
